WS Karoulias, one of the oldest and largest companies of spirits, beers and wines in Greece would like to employ a Brand Manager who will be based in Athens.

Job Description

• Implement brand strategy/plans based on company goals, consumer and market insights.
• Manage and evaluate brand activations and campaigns
• Efficient budget management and close collaboration with Finance
• Work effectively with the on/off premise sales teams and ensure their engagement with brand plans and goals
• Collaborate with agencies, track brand health and suggest brand innovations
• Multitasking ability, easy to adapt to new environment

Position Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Brand Management or Marketing roles, ideally in a FMCG multinational environment
• Clear understanding of the full marketing mix
• Proven ability to build relationships, work with teams and deliver results
• Highly innovative while demonstrate strategic thinking
• Strong analytical/financial skills
• Excellent command of the English language
