Your main purpose

Strategic PR Activation Management: Plan and execute IR PR activations across key source markets (UK, DACH, BENELUX, FR, RU & CIS) in alignment with corporate strategy, ensuring direction and supervision of PR agencies and media relations to achieve established KPIs
PR Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor PR activations and performance against annual KPIs, producing detailed monthly, ad hoc, and comprehensive reports to assess effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives
Press Visit Coordination: Coordinate with agencies and media for organizing individual or group press visits, including the management of press group trips and special in-resort PR activations in collaboration with various internal departments
Paid Media and Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences in key markets, overseeing budget allocation and campaign performance
Marketing Collaboration and Briefing: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. Provide clear briefings for PR communications, paid media, special activations, and marketing needs, including press releases, advertorials, and digital content
Content Creation and Presentation: Deliver compelling storytelling to the PR network, direct the development of PR results and event presentations, and maintain up-to-date media kits. Provide guidance to the PR Executive and ensure a holistic communications approach across all owned channels
 

What will you bring?

  • BA & Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 3 years in senior roles within advertising or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. Experience in hotel operations is advantageous
  • Proficient in project management and social media tools and platforms
  • Ability to monitor and report on industry practices and competition, with strong capabilities in budget management and performance analysis
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects to successful completion
  • Fluent in English
