In Evergrow SA we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager, on behalf of a client, a well-established industrial and commercial company, operating in the food industry. The company is committed to offer to its clients, products of high quality and taste. The products are available through all distribution channels in Greece, while a significant proportion goes abroad.
The main objective of the role will be to increase brand awareness and sales, through effective marketing plans and campaigns. Our ideal candidate would be a creative and results-oriented professional, a team-player with analytical mind and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication activities, in cooperation with the respective external partners
- Ensure coordination with sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives for the company
- Participate in the marketing strategy implementation, in cooperation with internal departments (i.e marketing, creative)
- Lead the company’s attendance in exhibitions in Greece and abroad
- Implement the commercial and the credit policy of the organization
- Monitor marketing and trade fairs’ promotion projects
- Brand awareness material design-development
- Measure performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs trough reporting and statistical data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communication, or relevant
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking, results orientation
- Excellent knowledge of English language
