About the Role 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's online presence and expanding its digital footprint.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and display advertising. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative and impactful digital strategies. 
• Create engaging and shareable content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. 
• Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 

Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 
• Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus. 
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. 
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. 
• Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
