📢 We are looking for an aspirated Internal Communications & Event Specialist to join our team based in our offices in Athens!

Your role
As the Internal Communications & Event Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to engage and inform the employees. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing various corporate events and initiatives. Your daily tasks include:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively disseminate company messages, initiatives, and updates to employees across locations.
- Curate employer branding & CSR Instagram accounts.
- Create engaging content to promote company initiatives (natives, social media posts, PRs, etc.).
- Coordinate and manage internal & CSR events.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Act as a brand ambassador internally, ensuring consistent messaging and representation of the employer brand across all communication channels and locations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for events, branding materials, and other related activities.
- Monitor and draft daily and monthly publicity reporting for internal use. Analyze communication initiatives’ effectiveness through metrics such as feedback, engagement rates, publicity, and participation levels.
- Coordinate budget, internal processes and collaborate with external partners for internal and CSR events and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communications, employer branding, and events to propose new ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in Communications, Event Management, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek and English
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms and familiarity with content management systems and event planning tools
- Creative thinker, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging internal content and events
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
