Marketing Manager

Company that focuses on Logistics and IT solutions in now looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development and advance brand building.

This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.

Main responsibilities and duties:

• Contribute to creating and implementing annual marketing and trade marketing plans per category
• Participate in strategy design, media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Design marketing materials and supervise production processes
• Generate reports, and analyze sales data, consumer research, and market trends to inform decision-making
• Design and conduct consumer research initiatives to gain insights into consumer behavior
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify opportunities and make proposals
• Manage the company’s marketing budget effectively

Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing & Communications, Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with designing programs would be considered a plus
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with internal stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing financial data and credit applications
