We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Marketing Assistant with strong attention to detail, who will work closely with the Marketing Team to support various campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Familiarize with the company’s solutions and offering to better understand the use cases for our targeted audience
- Support (or own in occasions) the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, email templates, newsletters, presentations etc
- Conduct market research, keep up with the industry’s news and competition
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects effectively and on time
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, including website traffic, social media engagement, campaign metrics etc
- Assist in organizing events and different promotional activities
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases
- As part of the Marketing team, working closely with the Sales team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years minimum related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing techniques, tools and software
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Proficiency in English. Additional language will be considered an asset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms (preferably LinkedIn and Twitter)
