What to expect

H Hotels Collection is hiring a detail-oriented Marketing Agent to support various administrative tasks in the marketing department. The role involves maintaining records, communicating with suppliers, travel agents, and tour operators, and collaborating with the marketing team. The Marketing Agent will play a vital role in upholding the company's standards, updating marketing materials, and crafting compelling copy.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, maintain organized records, and assist in budget management.
• Supplier Liaison: Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Travel Agency and Tour Operator Communication: Continues monitoring of their websites and brochures, ensure accurate representation in promotional materials, and verify factsheets and brochures.
• Marketing Material Updates: Regularly update factsheets and brochures, and liaise with hotels for content updates.
• Presentation Preparation: Develop engaging presentations in collaboration with the Marketing Designer, gathering relevant data.
• Website Monitoring: Daily monitoring for updates and improvements, collaborate with the web development team.
• App and Hotel Monitors Updating: Update the mobile app and collaborate with hotels to ensure accurate information on Hotel Monitors.
• Digital Marketing Assistance: Collaborate in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and monitor and analyze campaign performance.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Exhibition Participation: Represent H Hotels Collection at exhibitions where needed and assist in planning and coordinating exhibition logistics.

Necessary qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience.
• Strong teamworking, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software.
• Perfect knowledge of English, German language skills is considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills.
