Your core responsibilities include daily and monthly tasks, such as accounting postings and reconciliations (customers, vendors, banks). You will be involved in many operations of the department and communication with third parties.
What you’ll be doing:
• Implement company’s marketing plan, in coordination with internal team and external Vendors
• Manage projects and timelines for marketing campaigns
• In cooperation with Digital Marketing Manager, create weekly digital calendar
• Maintain marketing budgets and track expenses
• Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
• Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment marketing strategy
• Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and advertisements
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and Effectiveness

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or other similar fields of study
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing Operations
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
• Fluent English and Greek languages
• Strong interpersonal, problem analysis and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
