As a Trainee in the Unilever Future Leaders Programme, your mission is to dive headfirst into the world of sales, marketing, customer development, and category management. Embark on an exhilarating journey where you'll delve into renowned global brands like Dove, Hellmann’s, and Skip, or even on our local jewels like EVGA and AIM, conducting in-depth market analyses. Dive into the nuances of brand building and strategy development, collaborating with international and local teams to craft impactful marketing campaigns. Forge strong partnerships with supermarkets, retailers, and online platforms, maximizing product launches and negotiating business plans.
Specialize in Net Revenue Management, Field Sales, and Customer Marketing, all while enjoying a dynamic and engaging work environment!
The program is designed to get to know as many areas within Marketing and Sales as possible and to prepare yourself for future business challenges through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts.
Over a max of 3 years, you’ll cover up to 3 - 5 placements that might include international assignments as well.
You could be the Perfect Candidate if you are:
- Graduate in Economics /Marketing/ Business Administration
- Postgraduate degree in relevant subjects would be considered as a plus
- Fluency in Greek & English
- No military obligations pending for male candidates
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- International mobility
- Be ready to start your journey on February 2024
