Customer Service Coordinator

Role:  As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be the focal point of contact for clients needs, handle all inquiries and complaints, answering questions and resolving problems. The positions refers to Commercial Director.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships & expansion of business
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the activities executed
• Managing a team of customer service employees
• Overseeing the work of every employee in your team
• Handling customer complaints brought to your attention
• Motivating the team to perform at their best

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1-2 year of similar work experience in the field of services
• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid experience on CRM software ERP will be also an asset
• Traveling availability
