Job Description

Ideoli Group is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and talented Social Media Manager who will become passionate about our brand and help move us forward. Your insightful contribution and leadership will help develop, expand, and maintain our efforts. This position will be based out of our Athens office. This position has extraordinary growth potential for the right candidate.

Under minimal supervision, the Social Media Manager is responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Brief the marketing team on the marketing needs of the company.
• Create, plan and post across all social media platforms: IG, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Web.
• Engage with users and influencers in our space
• Follow professional lighting and other social media trends, provide relevant content ideas and copy.
• Delegate specific tasks to team members and ensure that team members adhere to deadlines.
• Monitor analytics for campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• A degree in Communication or a related field with prior experience in marketing or social media.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Knowledge of analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and thorough knowledge of Greek and English languages.
• Ability to multitask while having excellent time management skills.
