Seasonal Logistics Back-Office Specialist

Logistics Back-Office Specialist has the responsibility to perform Finished Goods’ order management for direct outlets in the market, Export Sales, Public Relations co-ordination, and processing. Collaborating and interacting with internal & external stakeholders to achieve top quality of the provided service.

 

Key-Responsibilities:

  • Timely planning, prioritization & multitasking in terms of health checks at order management level in accordance with agreed initiatives, procedures, and customers' requirements
  • Ensure customized end-to-end order management & service provided to CCH customers which actively contributes to GR Sales Volume (GSR)
  • Establishment and maintenance of constructive cross-functional relationships in accordance with company standards, with internal and external customers
  • Constant motivation for generating ideas and identifying opportunities that impact the business & improve the service to our internal and external customers.
