                                     CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of processes between logistics, customers and our internal sales team
• Close cooperation with the logistics team at HQ in Denmark as a sparring partner
• Support and tracking of international shipments
• Processing of complaints and claims
• Preparing customized files for customers
• Support with projects and evaluations
• Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Team Leader

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Business, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics. Related studies in Logistics and Supply Chain management field would be considered a plus
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP will be part of your standard repertoire) and Outlook.
• Great numeracy skills, interest in data analysis and a keen eye on details for accuracy
• Quick comprehension
• Customer-oriented and problem-solver attitude
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
