Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Officer to join our Athens office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution)
- Collaborate with internal departments and international teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports for management
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
