What You Will Work On

Reporting to the In store Logistics Manager of the Sales, Range & Logistics Division you are responsible and accountable to: 

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure end-to-end product and F&B quality, safety, and compliance
  • Ensure processes are in place for recalls in the GR-CY-BG market
  • Organize and update CASY training materials; support GR-CY-BG users
  • Keep market and F&B stakeholders informed of product quality deviations/risks
  • Work across functions to boost customer satisfaction and reduce returns
  • Monitor handling compliance cases and local sales stops; support major safety/quality alarms
  • Collect, analyze, and report monthly Recovery KPIs from GR-CY-BG stores
  • Track sales stop quantities and relevant IKEA compensation across the supply chain

 What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail
  • Bachelor’s degree  (will be considered as asset)
  • Good Knowledge in MS Office and Navision
  • Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid logistics background
