What You Will Work On
Reporting to the In store Logistics Manager of the Sales, Range & Logistics Division you are responsible and accountable to:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure end-to-end product and F&B quality, safety, and compliance
- Ensure processes are in place for recalls in the GR-CY-BG market
- Organize and update CASY training materials; support GR-CY-BG users
- Keep market and F&B stakeholders informed of product quality deviations/risks
- Work across functions to boost customer satisfaction and reduce returns
- Monitor handling compliance cases and local sales stops; support major safety/quality alarms
- Collect, analyze, and report monthly Recovery KPIs from GR-CY-BG stores
- Track sales stop quantities and relevant IKEA compensation across the supply chain
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in retail
- Bachelor’s degree (will be considered as asset)
- Good Knowledge in MS Office and Navision
- Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Fluent in English
- Solid logistics background
