Logistics & Customer Service Manager

The Role
This is a key role at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and commercial execution.
We are looking for a hands-on operator with a strategic mindset, capable of leading execution while building scalable processes in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.
You will lead the logistics and customer service function end-to-end, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience, while working closely with Finance, Sales, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the logistics and customer service function, ensuring a high-performance and customer-centric environment
- Own the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee supply chain operations (assembly, inventory, warehousing, distribution) with a focus on cost and optimization and service excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to support commercial execution and business growth
- Drive process design and optimization across Operations, leveraging ERP (SoftOne) and automation
- Monitor performance through KPIs, manage budgets and cost control, and provide actionable insights to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations, with end-to-end process exposure
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, invoicing, and operational-financial alignment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SoftOne will be considered an asset)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Finance, Operations)
- Exposure to international logistics / export processes is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharma, or regulated environments will be considered a plus
