This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Production Planner Coordinator
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing.
- Developing, maintaining, and updating detailed production schedules to meet customer deadlines and inventory goals.
- Manages manufacturing schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective production.
- Bridge the gap between procurement, sales, and the manufacturing floor, optimizing inventory levels and resolving production bottlenecks.
- Work closely with the Production Planners and Production Dpt to monitor the production schedule.
- Tracking production progress, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflows to minimize delays and costs.
- Monitoring progress, and reporting performance.
- Use escalation processes in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Technical/commercial educational background.
- 3-year proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics environment.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain & Production processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Effective analytical skills.
Optional Skills
- Working experience in a multinational company.
- SAP knowledge/experience.
