Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.
- Experience managing suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / international supply chains.
- Professional certification such as APICS / CIPS / CSCP is an advantage.

About the Role
CAFETEX S.A. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics to support the company’s growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and third-party providers (3PLs).
- Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring strong operational performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
