Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.
• Experience managing suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG / manufacturing / international supply chains.
• Professional certification such as APICS / CIPS / CSCP is an advantage.

About the Role

CAFETEX S.A. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics to support the company’s growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and third-party providers (3PLs).
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring strong operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
