We are looking for a detail-oriented and operationally strong Route Settler to join our Logistics team on a fixed-term contract until 31/12/2026.

You will ensure accurate reconciliation of deliveries and returns, safeguard proper revenue recognition, and support smooth execution of transportation and warehousing processes. Acting as a key link between Warehouse, Transportation, Finance and Logistics Service Providers, you will drive data accuracy, compliance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile delivered, returned and invoiced quantities
• Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) and process debit/credit memos
• Ensure accurate goods issue postings and stock movements
• Close delivery plans to enable transporter payment
• Manage inter-plant shipments and issue mandatory excise documentation (SDD)
• Support import documentation flows
• Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor settlement data and provide insights for logistics performance and cost optimization

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business
• Experience in logistics administration, route settlement or financial reconciliation
• Strong understanding of warehousing & transportation processes
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Good command of English
