Job's Purpose

As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will actively participate in a large range of warehouse operations. The role requires the ability to manage large teams and cooperates effectively with the rest of the departments. We are looking for a talented person, with strong people management skills and attention to detail, eager to be part of an amazing team. A professional that is willing to grow in the fast-moving food retail business sector.

What you will focus on

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse shift team, ensuring effective task allocation and smooth daily operations.
• Lead all core warehouse processes (receiving, storage, order picking, loading) while ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Monitor shift performance through key KPIs and ensure achievement of operational targets.
• Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety compliance, overseeing adherence to health & safety regulations by all shift personnel.
• Oversee the correct use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and prepare shift reports based on system data.
• Manage shift schedules, absences, and leave planning for warehouse employees.
• Address operational issues promptly, making real‑time decisions to maintain workflow continuity.
• Collaborate with other departments (Transport, Quality, Inventory, HR) to support business needs and operational efficiency.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
• 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.
• Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in ERP Systems, WMS
• Very good knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
