• Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of worldwide shipping orders
• Interface between our customers, external organization and internal departments
• Follow up of open orders with our customers and the local organization
• Update of customer data
• Preparation of return deliveries and corresponding credit notes

You can help us with these qualifications

• Experience in order processing and sales support
• Knowledge and experience with customs and foreign trade regulations
• Commercial competencies.
• Knowledge of SAP SD modules and MS Office
• English language skills fluent in written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently
• Advantageous good knowledge of the maritime industry, diesel engines and/or diesel power plants
