Maintenance Packaging Supervisor
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Schimatari, Greece - (Our company provides a competitive compensation package along with transportation allowance)
The Role:
We’re seeking a Maintenance Packaging Supervisor to ensure the smooth and predictable flow of the packaging process by organizing and monitoring the execution of preventive maintenance of packaging machines and the immediate intervention of fault correction. You’ll be responsible for the installation of new machines and the integration of new products, as well as leading a team of maintenance technicians. You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance. Additionally, you’ll manage assets to ensure best equipment reliability, resources optimization and develop highly motivated expertise people in order to achieve site operational requirements. You’ll develop and update external partners and information networks and collect and share new technologies to improve skills and equipment. As part of your job, you’ll be responsible for monitoring asset performance, breakdown analysis, and spare parts consumption. Finally, you’ll formulate annual budgets and operating maintenance plans, in order to be fully aligned with the business needs including contract services, safety improvements and associated spare parts related to PCK equipment.
The Person:
- Experience working within manufacturing areas, with a wide range of technical expertise in PCK equipment and industrial automation.
- Sound knowledge of all relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in a similar Engineering Management role within a highly regulated, pharmaceutical, food processing, FMCG industry
- Experience of managing, motivating, and developing multiple technical teams
- Experienced with Computerised Maintenance Management and Building Management Systems

- Keen eye for detail, with a methodical, safety-focused, and analytical approach to work
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable relating to people of all levels
- Customer focus with a strong drive for operational excellence and compliance
- Problem solving skills.
