Warehouse / Site  Manager

Role: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse / Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping
• Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain an orderly and clean warehouse
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems
• Conduct regular physical inventories and audits to ensure accuracy
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to detect and correct discrepancies
• Supervise warehouse staff, including performance management and professional development
• Enforce health and safety standards and conduct regular safety training sessions to create and maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, delivery schedules, and route planning
• Work closely with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Handle and resolve any quality or delivery issues promptly
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metrics
• Ensure all shipping, receiving, and inventory management documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (will be considered as an asset)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
