The right incumbent will be responsible for Transportation (Inbound/Outbound) and Materials / Finished Goods Warehousing and will drive the successful achievement of all relevant KPIs:

• Transportation Cost
• Warehousing Cost
• Efficiency
• OTIF

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for Warehousing of Materials & Finished Goods (People / Rules / Practices / Inventory).
• Responsible for Production Lines Feeding in line with Lean Principles. 
• Responsible for Transportation (Tenders with Forwarders / Cost Control) & Distribution.
• In close relationship with Purchasing / Planning / Customs / Finance / Customers.
• Complies with local law regulations, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions.
• Creates a safe working environment for employees by putting in place safety measures to prevent accident and complications that may arise during work. 
• Prepares Operating / Capital Spending Budget for the Department & follows up execution. 

 
Required Skills

• University degree.
• Post graduate studies will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.
• 3 years of Supply Chain working experience at Managerial Positions.
• Experience in conducting business in an international organization.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Organizational and Planning skills.
• Numerical and IT skills.
