- Collaborate closely with leasing companies and external partners, overseeing and facilitating the execution of contracts
- Collaborate extensively with Leaders from all relevant functions (HR ,C&B, Finance, CS&L, Procurement, Sales) to deliver the annual Financial and Service metrics related to Fleet agenda
- Overview Telematics performance and continuous improvement
- Report Fleet KPIs and Fleet Sustainability Metrics for Greece
- Leverage internal partnerships and external relationships through communicating up, down, laterally and externally to deliver Fleet performance
- Coordinate monthly virtual committees and quarterly steering committees to ensure that all agreed Health & Safety and Sustainability initiatives for Greece are executed according to plan
- Support the sustainability agenda through projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and considering alternative fuels and energy sources in all fleet renewals
- Coordinate investigations, root cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions, ensuring follow-up through to completion
- Deliver Productivity projects and initiatives by using LSS tools and methodologies
- Implement trainings and align with stakeholders' objectives
- University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Τechnical background, with proven knowledge of the automotive market and related technologies (essential requirement)
- Experience in Fleet management principles and vehicle costing techniques (Lease vs Buy, taxation, depreciation and residual values)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to influence and align multiple cross divisional and cross functional teams
- Strong communication skills, strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with various teams
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety fundamentals (preferred qualification)
- Negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
