Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure seamless and high service performance.
• P&L responsibility for assigned accounts.
• Support in contract renewals and negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, in a 3PL or logistics environment.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in ERP/CRM tools.
