Inter Cars Greece is interested in appointing a Logistics Manager for the Logistic Department in the Athens Metropolitan Area.  

Responsibilities  

Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. 

Plan and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely deliveries. 

Conduct Transportation / Logistics Analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize routes, improve fleet utilization, and enhance delivery performance. 

Manage logistics KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, HR) and external partners to ensure smooth operations. 

Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and best practices. 

Manage budgets, forecast transportation costs, and optimize resource allocation. 

Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in logistics operations. 

Requirements  

BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 

5+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain leadership. 

Strong knowledge of transportation planning, warehouse operations, and inventory management. 

Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems and advanced Excel / BI tools. 

Excellent command of English and Greek (written and verbal) 

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
