At FDL Group, the largest 3PL provider in Greece, we move businesses forward. Now, we’re looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to strengthen our International Transport team and manage flows from Italy to Greece.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Freight Forwarder, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing import operations. You’ll collaborate with partners, carriers, and clients to ensure smooth end-to-end processes while contributing to the growth of our international logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import processes from Italy to Greece.
• Manage and oversee international road freight loadings from Italy.
• Negotiate with carriers, agents, and suppliers to secure cost-efficient solutions.
• Prepare, review, and manage all import documentation.
• Monitor shipments proactively and resolve potential issues.
• Work closely with internal teams to align logistics operations with business needs.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and imports.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures and import regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek; Italian is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
