About MODERN FREIGHT S.A. Modern Freight S.A. in Greece is a leading provider of logistics, shipping and marine services, and we are currently looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our International Road team in Piraeus:

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe/timely movement of cargo, via international road network
• Confirm freight bookings and tracking orders for timely delivery

• Select optimal transport routes & carriers
• Constant monitoring of shipments’ progress providing updates to all involved parties
• Handle necessary documentation (import/export paperwork, customs clearance, and invoicing)
• Work closely with the Sales Department to manage customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Timely handling of customer queries and offer advice to customers depending on each case, about freight details and pick up/ delivery times
• Serve as a professional representative for the company

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent degree
• 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Greek and English, (both verbally and in writing).
• A third European language is a plus
• Ability to effectively use MS Office 365 applications
