FDL Group, one of the leading 3PL providers in Greece, is seeking a Contract Logistics Manager to oversee and develop a newly established client operation. The role combines end-to-end responsibility for warehouse and distribution processes with daily client relationship management. Depending on business growth, additional client operations may also be assigned in the future.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Contract Logistics Manager, you will act as the primary interface with the client, ensuring seamless execution of services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will lead the full logistics operation dedicated to the customer and align resources with both service requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for assigned client(s)
• Manage and supervise warehouse operations dedicated to the client
• Coordinate and monitor transport and distribution activities (no direct fleet management)
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments are achieved
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers to optimize performance and costs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned operations
• Collaborate with commercial, warehouse, and transport teams to align resources with client needs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering) will be considered a strong asset
• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Solid knowledge of warehouses and distribution processes
• Analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both English and Greek. Fluency in Greek (written & spoken) is a must, as the role is local and customer-facing
• Legally eligible to work in Greece without the need for visa sponsorship
