Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfillment

• Support the establishment of our European headquarters in Athens
• Manage European order fulfillment from receipt to shipping
• Execute accurate packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
• Process orders efficiently using invoice data and customer requirements
• Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure facility cleanliness

Technical & Administrative Support

• Conduct product testing and quality assurance procedures
• Utilize computer software for order management and reporting
• Provide customer service support for European clients
• Collaborate effectively with international teams and leadership

Growth & Development

• Participate in comprehensive training programs, including potential US-based training
• Take on expanding responsibilities as operations scale
• Contribute to strategic planning for European market development

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with basic computer software and systems
• Strong English language capabilities (written and verbal)
