Key Responsibilities
Operations & Fulfillment
- Support the establishment of our European headquarters in Athens
- Manage European order fulfillment from receipt to shipping
- Execute accurate packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
- Process orders efficiently using invoice data and customer requirements
- Maintain organized inventory systems and ensure facility cleanliness
Technical & Administrative Support
- Conduct product testing and quality assurance procedures
- Utilize computer software for order management and reporting
- Provide customer service support for European clients
- Collaborate effectively with international teams and leadership
Growth & Development
- Participate in comprehensive training programs, including potential US-based training
- Take on expanding responsibilities as operations scale
- Contribute to strategic planning for European market development
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills
