Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our Company in the Operations department as a Warehouse Employee, based in Cyprus. The role of Warehouse Specialist involves inventory control, shipment coordination, and adherence to healthcare regulations, helping ensure that critical medical products are delivered efficiently and safely.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving and storing shipping of medical devices and components. (quantitative & qualitative inspection).
• Processing, packaging, and shipping orders / distributing and transporting medical supplies to clients.
• Organizing stock and maintaining accurate inventory records, using ERP system.
• Inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Complying with all company health and safety regulations and support audits and quality inspections when required.
• Contributing ideas to optimize warehouse processes.
• Running external duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in medical supplies warehouse management will be considered an advantage.
• Very good verbal and written command of Greek and English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the Entersoft ERP system is considered an asset.
• Car and Motorcycle driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills, effective time management, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Reliability and confidentiality.
