Logistics Coordinator
based in our premises at Sindos
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support logistics functions with focus on securing best in class service levels at optimal logistics costs in a safe working environment. The position reports to Warehouse Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Support daily logistics operations while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and contribute to logistics projects, driving process improvements and the adoption of best practices across sites.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on time project execution.
- Track and analyze daily and monthly KPIs to assess performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports, identifying improvement areas and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance, upgrades, and compliance across all logistics locations.
What we are looking for
- BSc in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- MSc will be considered an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain environment
- Prior experience with SAP will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of core cross-functional business processes
