We are seeking a highly motivated Dispatcher to join our team in Eleusina

As a Dispatcher you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring routes to ensure the safe and on-time delivery of goods. Working closely with drivers, customers, and the logistics team, you will be at the heart of our transportation operations.

Responsibilities
•    Plan, schedule, and monitor the execution of daily routes using an advanced routing system.
•    Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and vehicle filling rate indicators set by the company.
•    Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers to provide updates and address any issues arising during route execution.
•    Coordinate with drivers and customers to address their needs.
•    Monitor route progress and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
•    Manage and complete all necessary transportation documents.

Requirements
•    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
•    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Proficiency in using route management software.
•    Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office 
•    Good business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

To qualify for the role, you must have
•    Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role within the logistics sector (preferred).
•    Strong knowledge of Attica’s geography.
