Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senion System Administrator to join our IT department.

 In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the company's IT infrastructure
• Develop and implement security policies
• Support Active Directory
• Support for server virtualization
• Install and maintain operating systems
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot
• Monitor and maintain backup procedures
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, patch management and virtualization technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, firewall management, system security
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) to drive automation.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
