Job Description

 We are looking for a mid level Planning & Logistics Coordinator to provide support for Enofyta site production, logistics and procurement operations. The Planning & Logistics Coordinator ensures that all documentation and transactions in the system are correct and align based on compliance processes, customs and exports operation work according to the standards and maintain accurate master data in SAP.

An outstanding Planning & Logistics Coordinator should have the ability to think and work in a creative, tactical and speedy manner, be a quick learner, pay attention to detail and perform as an active team member through efficient communication.

Accountabilities

• Monitor and record daily production output
• General filing of correspondence and documentation
• Support purchasing department by monitoring, checking, and recording data for production needs in g-SAP
• Preparation of appropriate documentation required.
• Provide commercial documentation for imports needs (invoices, vendors database etc).
• Support for bonded warehouse documentation (inventory records etc.)
• Support all the exports activities

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in similar prosition: 3 years
• Fluent Greek and English
• PC literate, Good Office365.
• Experience in SAP system (DRP / MRP II) planning system
• Patient and flexible. Open minded, self-motivated, and proactive
• Work effectively without much supervision.
• Networking cross function thinking
• Creativity and tactical thinking
• Good communication skills
