Logistics Specialist

Role:

Reporting to Logistics Manager will be responsible for order taking, optimum routing, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and entering orders from customers and other sales channels
• Organizing routes by determining optimal routing and monitoring their execution
• Creating the necessary documents before and after the start of distribution
• Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure the safe, timely and smooth delivery of our products
• Managing issues that arise during the transport of products with the main purpose of serving customers
• Creating reports with specific routing-specific KPIs and archiving documents

Skills/ Competencies/ Qualifications:

• University/ Technical University/ College degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Desirable knowledge of SAP
• Communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Teamworking
• Integrity
