Role:

• Global sourcing of new vendors for IT hardware.
• Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with strategic vendors.
• Vendor relationship management.
• Building up initial stocks for projects.
• Processing orders for BAU projects and support new projects’ implementation.
• Ensuring the goods are procured and delivered at best possible price, within deadline and from most reliable vendors to maximize the margin of a project.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience (or equivalent) in purchasing/procurement.
• Previous experience (or equivalent) in commercial role.
• C1 English.
• Ability to work in ERP/WMS.
• Project management knowledge.
• Above average technical knowledge about end user devices (clients, mobiles, peripherals).
• Fluency in Excel and Power BI reporting.
• Very strong personal skills (communication with vendors and can do attitude).
