Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse & warehouse personnel in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Oversee daily operations (receiving, warehousing & maintenance) – initiate and present any suggestions (procedures or policies) that may improve the overall operation of the department.
• Ensure efficient space utilization.
• Adhere to any legislation requirements including health and safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks appropriately. Appraise results.
• Assist the HR Dept. with the recruitment & selection process. Train, orient and motivate existing and new employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• ΒS degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• Hands on experience in warehouse management procedures, policies, KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of the English language & MS Office. Familiarity with CRM / ERP software Epsilon Singularlogic - Galaxy system will be considered a plus
• Ability to manage time and teams effectively
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
