We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join our top qualified team in our Athens Office.

What you will need to do:
- Execute complete international transportation packages of materials and/or equipment until the final delivery of our various Projects.
- Experience of Project managing new business implementations and/or transformational projects
- Budget management experience, ideally having ownership for a project P&L .
- Collaborate with Logistics service providers to negotiate and maintain favourable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Analysing data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends, Devising long-term development strategies for product categories.
What you will need to have :
- Minimum seven to ten (7-10) years’ experience in Logistics and transport operations preferably in project cargo, freight forwarding or shipping company.
- Master of Business or bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, or relevant field.
- Very good knowledge of international transport processes, Custom regulations, and procedures.
- Good knowledge and previous experience in Marine Chartering with direct exposure in Charter Party negotiation.
- Previous experience dealing with project cargo, breakbulk and containerized cargo.
- Good working knowledge of Incoterms 2010/2020.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent co-operation and interpersonal skills while working in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in the English language is essential.
- Very good knowledge of MS office.
- Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Very strong presentation and reporting skills as well as ability to interface with senior management.
- Substantial previous experience of leading and project managing new business implementations and transformation projects preferably in a 3PL environment.
