MAN Energy Solution Hellas Ltd is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to coordinate  offers/orders of spare parts . The job requires you to work independently while you have a strong sense of community and can work in teams. Responsibilities:

•  Order preparation for spare parts for defined countries and/or customers
• Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of worldwide shipping orders
• Interface between our sales department and internal departments
• Follow up of open orders in collaboration with our sales department
• Update of customer data
• Preparation of return deliveries and corresponding credit notes

Candidate’s Profile:

• Experience in Customer service & back office support
• English language skills fluent in written and spoken.
• Knowledge of MS Office 
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with various departments (Sales, Supply Chain etc)
