Scope:

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer, so if you’re an expert in commercial law, can ensure that a company’s transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations and want to be part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate affairs matters, including GA minutes, BoD Minutes, corporate restructurings, etc.
• Draft and administer any type of commercial agreements and other business-related documents in cooperation with the company’s departments.
• Support the implementation of GDPR requirements and provide assistance in the management of relevant requests.
• Design and oversee the company’s policies.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Explain legal provisions to the stakeholders of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Current license to practice law.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a commercial company or in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Team working skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
