We are seeking a motivated and sector-oriented Associate Lawyer for our leading Financial Regulation department, which provides high-quality legal services mainly to international, as well as domestic, clients.

The successful candidate will work on complex regulatory matters, advise clients on compliance with financial services legislation, and support transactions involving regulated entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on EU and domestic financial regulatory framework (MiFID II, AML, MAR, PSD2, CRR/CRD, etc.)
• Assist in drafting and reviewing regulatory documentation and internal policies
• Conduct legal research and prepare client memoranda on financial regulation topics
• Support licensing procedures and communications with supervisory authorities
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide integrated legal solutions

Qualifications:

• Law degree and license to practice law in Greece
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Post-graduate degree and relevant experience in financial regulation would be considered a strong asset
