Souriadakis Tsibris is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Lawyer (3–5 years PQE) to join our Corporate & M&A practice in Athens.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters, supporting both domestic and international clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of relevant documentation.
• Advise on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and day-to-day company law issues.
• Support clients in cross-border and complex corporate projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in corporate and commercial law, including participation in M&A transactions.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong academic background in commercial or corporate law.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• An LL.M. or postgraduate degree abroad will be considered an asset.
