Logistics Company based in Piraeus is seeking to employ experienced Legal Officer / Lawyer

Responsibilities:

Drafting/Proofreading/Updating legal Contracts (lease Agreements, Agency Agreements,

Subcontractor Agreements, Logistics Agreements, Shareholder's Agreements etc.).

Execution/ Assisting Legalization of Documents.

Drafting & Supervision of Shareholder's meetings/statutes.

Assistance with publication formalities/monitoring deadlines.

Handling Communication with external lawyers.

Handling claim cases & requests.

Legal back-office (in cases or mergers, acquisitions etc.)

Tenders (announcement of tenders/participation in Tenders, liaising with different departments).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• 3 years’ proven experience within a large organization or a prominent law firm .
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
