INTRAKAT Group is seeking to recruit a highly skilled in-house lawyer with experience in public procurement law. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification
• 3 years of experience in Public Procurement Law particularly, in drafting pleadings in disputes either at the stage of awarding or at the stage of execution of public projects, in drafting/processing of private contracts regarding projects/ concession contracts and  PPPs
• Experience in providing advisory services in Public Procurement Law
• Member of the Athens Bar Association or one of the regional Bar Associations of Greece
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
