The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. As an Associate Lawyer, you will work closely with senior attorneys to provide legal support and assistance across a range of practice areas including contracts law, corporate law, civil law and labour law.

Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda

Assist in preparation of court documentation

Participate in court hearings

Provide general support to senior attorneys as needed

Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution

Admission to the Athens Bar Association

Excellent command of English language

Fluency in German will be considered an asset

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
