Senior Legal Telecoms Associate

As a Senior Legal MVNO Associate you will become a key part of our Legal Team. The position is based in Metamorfosi Attikis and reports to the Head of Legal Division.

Position Responsibilities:

• Notice and comment rulemaking and compliance proceedings
• Provide strategic advice and advocacy in relation to filings and representations to regulators and governments, as well as public policy advocacy
• Provide report on matters handled
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in the context of working on several legal documents
• Manage claims and litigation, negotiate potential settlements, coordinate with other external law firms on litigation matters as required.
• Negotiate, draw up, comment and conclude a broad variety of legal telecom documents (service level agreements (SLAs), Equipment agreements, etc)
• Assure regulatory compliance during the release of the MVNO project, together with external

Necessary qualifications:

• B2B Telecoms industry experience for at least 5 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in law;
• M. Degree would be considered a plus
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of MS 365/Office tools
