Your main purpose

Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice across various departments, aligning with business objectives

Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial and supplier agreements

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments for business activities and advise on strategies to mitigate legal risks

Transactional Support: Collaborate with external counsel and internal teams on legal aspects of acquisitions and strategic transactions

Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes to achieve resolutions that minimize legal exposure and favor the company

Policy Development and Legal Research: Aid in developing internal policies to reflect legal standards and conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
